Jackie has more than 25 years of experience in the practice of Real Estate Law, and 18 years of experience in the Real Estate Title Insurance business. Right of Way projects, both big and small, have become a large part of Jackie’s workload, and the experience shows. She brings extensive project management experience

Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Abstracting and Title Examination. He brings firsthand knowledge of county and state policies, which is a key asset on numerous Right-of-Way projects. His qualifications in Project Management allows him to apply critical thinking and organizational skills to complex projects. Patrick is well-versed in INDOT specifications and is focused on delivering a smooth, error-free experience with meticulous attention to detail.

Operations Manager

 Crystal's driving force behind the efficiency and success of our team. Her career is distinguished by a history of mastering complex logistics and cultivating strong business relationships, which are critical for our work on high-profile projects. She leverages her expertise in project management and process optimization to ensure all phases of title research and land acquisitions run smoothly. 

Crystal is also responsible for all invoicing and bookkeeping, providing the financial acumen that keeps our projects on track and our client communications clear. Her dedication to fostering a positive work environment and her ability to handle multiple priorities with ease make her a vital part of our operational excellence.

Paralegal, Copy Writer

Lynda brings a deep understanding of legal principles to our team, backed by her certification in Legal Assisting/Paralegal studies. She is uniquely equipped to handle the complex documentation required for our projects. Her expertise in legal research and writing, honed through her academic work, ensures that all our reports and communications are meticulously crafted and accurate.

As a notary, Lynda provides essential support, and her skills as a copywriter, combined with her legal background, are instrumental in supporting all divisions of the company with the highest level of detail and professionalism. Her contributions are vital in providing the timely and precise support needed to satisfy our clients' needs.
